Just for reference, anyone, including but not limited to Jiminy-freaking-Cricket, who says that Demyx (aka Number IX, that lovable dork, etc.) can't fight will be beaten to death with a video game controller.

Yeah. Guess who's been killed three times today by the same guy? Freaking waterspouts...And he's too adorkable to hate properly. I hate that. (And also, Sora kind of deserves it for attacking on sight rather than even trying to talk. Because I believe in a thing called diplomacy!)

Level up until you're pretty sure you can beat him, then level up some more. I beat him on my first try, but I had a significantly higher level than the game-recommended one.
