Santa Cometh!

Opened stockings this morning--jewelry! Pretty! Yay! And Sister got a puzzle, which I'm going to go down and finish right now. And there will be relatives today, and turkey, and cookie-making (yum...fatiman), and all that other good stuff!

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good...morning, where I am.

Yes, I love Christmas. Yes, I am Jewish. Yes, I have been known to wish people a Happy Hanukkwanzmas. Yes, I did in fact say Merry Christmas to the salesperson in Macy's yesterday. No, I do not think that Christmas is not religious enough. No, I find nothing wrong with being a Jew and saying Merry Christmas. It's not Channukkah anymore, and anyway, is it so wrong to appreciate the birth of the most famous Jew ever? Thought not.
