Actual Post with Snark, as Promised.

Okay, fic update:
As much as I would like to write the LoCB outtake of Yukito and Tomoyo's wedding, it's not happening. Sorry. All my available brain space is busy with Spades.
Speaking of which...still on the same scene. This is less a laziness problem as a difficulty-of-scene problem. I have to find out how Touya and Yue get emotional, and I have this horrible feeling they're spiralling OOC. On the other hand, they won't end up being too too mushy, I hope. Or else they will. Depends on your definition.
Suddenly have an urge to write Silmarillion/Dark is Rising crossover. Maglor playing the harp; so cool. And now, with angst!
I dream of angel/demonslash. Clearly, my fangirl brain and my dream brain are in tune. *mutters* Please be a precognitive dream, please please please, you were really cool, just stick around and be written, please oh please...
Original-fic wise: Seriously want to do the MM2 Sci-fi fairy tale challenge. Seriously.
Now, snark. I received a flame today (my first ever! and not a horrible one at that!) for OFUT.
I'm not sure if this may or may not be the person whose story I just warned about imminent PPCing, as she was anonymous and didn't use that name or an e-mail. It may be or may not, as this shows: (corrections in bold, my comments in italics)

Good day iI am wrighting writing to you concerning your
"PPC (Protectors of the Plot Continuum)" group. Wow, she's manufacturing to me? As in wheelwrighting or shipwrighting? Whinewriting, maybe?
nNow frankly, iI have no problem with a little healthy critisizm criticism, Really? So why this? but it's
in my opinoun opinion that you have no right's...on my side, dear. over the excecuting of any
righter No, no, I'm the righter. They're the writers. or would be righters characters or storylines It's the would-be's that's the problem. The writers (and righters) are fine by me. Although, actually, the problem is the would-not-be's.
the whole point to the site names name, " FANFICTION .net" is a place where
people have the freedon to MAKE up stories about characters they love and
post it for others to see No complaints here. But when the characters bear no resemblance to the loved ones, it's not FANfiction anymore.
Now if this may intail entail the fact that the righter That would be me. wants to have a
character in what many may define as a " Mary Sue " then so be it. Fine, but they can keep it to themselves and read it over when they feel bad. I often do things like that. no one is
twisting anyone's leg off to read their work in the first place. Well, except for the 'Gimme n reviews or I'll kill myself/delete the story/stop writing/kill you!' people.
I find this group that you have organised Wait, what? When did *I* organize the PPC? Dear, I'm flattered, but the PPC was organized by much wiser and wittier people nor I. are a bunch of self ritious righteous
un-imaginative criticis critics who have nothing better to do than to make empty threats to others' freedom of creativity. See, the thing is that we also have the freedom to creatively write (or right) whatever we wish, even if it offends you. That First Amendment's a bitch, isn't it?
Good day to you all and i sure hope you keep your tiresome comments to
yourself unless it be constructive in any way Certainly. I would offer constructive comments to you, if I could find you. Unfortunately, it's mighty tricky to give any kind of response to anonymice such as yourself.

Okay, I give her ten points for using big words, five off for not knowing how to spell them, three for unintentional flattery, minus five for using her freedom of speech to contradict mine, plus eight for saying she doesn't mind concrit, minus six for anonymous posting, plus four for politenesses, plus fifteen for actually having a halfway decent argument (freedom of speech, your right to swing your keyboard stops where my fic begins), minus ten for spelling, grammar, and punctuation misuse, and plus two for being a semi-coherent, semi-civil person. That gives her a...sixteen. Wow. That's really good for a flamer.
Does this even count as a flame, or just a complaint? I'm not sure.
Need to go do science homework now. I did get a one-day extension, but that only gives me tonight. Too much!
