First draft clocks in at 100,000 words precisely, because that is the kind of person you are friends with.

(This makes it far and away the longest thing I've ever finished.)

It is also 54 scenes long. The final draft is due August 25th. Therefore, by my count, I should be editing an average of one scene per day. Hopefully more, to give me some leeway.
