Argh.

Managed to sleep through my alarm and most of my first class, in which I was supposed to have an oral presentation, today. On the other hand, my throat hurts when I talk, I feel like hell warmed over, and I'm undoubtedly oozing germs, so my class is almost certainly better off for it, and I don't think my dialogue presentation is much worse off.

It would be wrong to want to stab the people responsible for this, i.e. the ones who were being incredibly loud and raucous in my hallway at two in the goddamn morning on a Wednesday night, for fuck's sake. But I want to.

The universe does not want me to be happy.

So, this thing with the Lambda Literary Awards. (For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, you're probably better off. If you want to know what I'm talking about, a lot of people have been weighing in all over the place.)
