I celebrated my freedom from despotic law by setting off illegal fireworks at a friend's house. I think of it as civil disobedience, in the grand American tradition.

In other news, my characters are being recalcitrant. Jerks. Honestly, ask the guys to think about their feelings and suddenly turtles have nothing on them for withdrawing. I repeat, jerks.
