Aaargh. Note to self: Missing meals/late meals = bad on this diet. Especially when you've been skipping meals anyway. (I'm thinking that lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner are sufficient for now.) They cause pain, shakiness, and hysteris. Note to mom: When your daughter is trembling from hunger, saying that dinner will be a while is NOT A GOOD IDEA. Going out to buy the other daughter pizza and not bringing any food for the starving one is even worse. Kthx.

Feel much better now. Mmmm salad with grilled chicken.
