Good day so far, but could still go either way.
Aprpos of nothing, read a Zelazny novel, "My Name is Legion," and would most emphatically recommend it to sci-fi/adventure fans. DK-san, have you read it already? It's a lot like some of the stuff you write.
Gather that someone has written a parallelism essay on Clark/Lex and Kamui/Fuuma. To which I reply: No duh. Were you not paying attention? AlMiles didn't use the phrase 'Twin star' merely because they hadn't thought of it. It is, I greatly fear, only a matter of time. There are just too many points of similarity. Except that, as far as I know, Kamui does not have a wall telling him what to do. Of course not! No one in X listens to walls! That would be silly! They listen to unconscious people!
...
I still have half a mind to lock the more fiery/vengeful/cranky of the cast in separate closets, and make everyone else try diplomacy. Or just drag His Grace Commander Sir Samuel Vimes (I know I left out a title somewhere) across a universe, and make him arrest the lot of them for disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, and Being Obstructive When It's Been a Long Day and I've Had Enough. I love Vimes. He's so anti-heroes. Pratchett characters are, usually. It comes with the territory. Cynicism, practicality, dislike of heroes. I can't not love them.
Okay, off to read fanfic now. Pray for me.
