Just one fic, which the Maternal Unit found for me.

Howdy,, by Juxtian.
PG-13
Snape/Lupin

This story was...wonderful/painful/excrutiating/perfection/all of the above. I usually don't mean it literally when I say something made me cry. This? Literally. Tears dripping down my cheeks, and more pure visceral pain than I think I've ever gotten from any other story, anywhere. I sat there reading it, blinking back tears, because it was so heartwrenchingly beautiful and ow ow ow. It's mostly Snape POV, at least the sob-inducing bits, and...if X was angsty, this is ten times angsty. Because all the pain is from deep down inside, not from surface events. I mean, from surface events too, but...ow ow ow.

And now I have to go straight from crying silently at the horrible-yet-beautiful, emotional pain to help the Maternal Unit make dinner (Good grief, she recc'd it, you'd think she'd know better). C'est la vie.
