School, Day 1

Okay, back to eeeevil school again. Schedule goes like this:

-Gym (ack ack ack, haaaate). Will be replaced with Sociology next semester (Wai!).
-US History Global 2 H (yay! something we haven't learned before!). Managed to leave notebook in classroom. Yes, first day. Must be a record.
-Study Hall (fic time!). Will be Gym next semester (Urgh). Wrote some of a Togakushi fic.
-FST H (maaath of doom). Good: Teacher improvement. Bad: Stalker and stalkee in same room. May have to go to counselor, as stalker does not seem to have improved.
-French 4 H (looooove it!). Looks like being great fun, and not a sleeping class. Wai! I love languages.
-Lunch (foood). Many, many friends here; we ate in a crowd, all jammed together. Hi Shiro-kun!
-Chem H (heheh...fiiire). Teacher looks OK, workload heavy as Hell. Is Hell heavy? Anyway, 43 pages to outline for Thursday. Urk.
-Latin 2 (Exercises in Temper Holding). Unfortunately, not all of them flunked or graduated. Fortunately, have friends in class.
-English 2 H (words, glorious words!). Not going to be the best--emphasis *not* on creative writing. On other hand, can probably get on teacher's good side.

Need to find Rebecca to copy quotes, reread Endurance for quiz tomorrow, buy stack of notebooks (you never get as many as you need), and start Chem homework. Argybargles. Why was I looking forward to this again?

Will write Touya and Tomoyo or die trying. May be late for challenge, though.

What is that history class again? US History Global 2 H? We have Global History for two years (so, Global History 9 and Global History 10) and then US History the next year. Hm.

I wish we had an Honors class instead of just Regents >> AP.

We get, and I quote, 'Us History in a Global Context', aka 'We needed a better sounding title'. This year we start with imperialism and work our way up to now, which is good inasmuch as at least we've never done it before. I want global history. *pouts*

'ewoooo!
Yah, lunch is funny ("Hey, it's Everyone!").

Oh, I'm tired of US History. Though we may get past WWII, which is encouraging.

Thursday? The Chem is due Thursday?! Why am I trying to finish it now?!!! I can do that in Study Hall! Ok, well now I know I have time to study Endurance. *runrunrun*

You're a Latinist too? Oh my goodness, as if I didn't have enough reasons to adore you! And three cheers for polyglots! I took two years of Russian and a year of French in high school - though I can remember precious little of either. Right now, it's Greek and Latin review time - the accents in Greek make more sense now, but a middle voice? Grrr! Couldn't Greek just have an active and passive voice like almost every other language and be happy?

Somehow, I always thought you were in college already. I'm guessing you're a high school sophomore? If so, you have a maturity beyond your years!

*blush* Yes, high school sophmore it is. Geekiness, apparently, knows no age. (Latin and French and Greek and Japanese, oh my! I love languages!) I'll probably forget everything I've learned, but it's fun to learn. Annoying tenses and all.

Ah, lucky girl! I miss having gym first...our teacher a while ago always showed up 15 minutes late, and if we promised not to tell the office she was coming in so late, she wouldn't tell them when we did it. Then she let us sit around and do nothing if we were tired. I love having night owls for teachers!

*long sigh* My schedule is horrible...

My gym teachers are all the Ultimate Evil. Or at least pretty penultimate, as such things go.

Trust me, so's mine. Grr.
